Beyond his work with Property Time, Rana actively contributes to the sector as Vice President of the All Pakistan Estate Agents Association (Federation of Realtors Pakistan), where he plays a key role in shaping industry standards as well a represents real estate sector at public policy forums.
Holding double Master’s degrees, Rana leads a professionally qualified team with backgrounds in commerce, statistics, and management. Together, they bring a disciplined, client-focused approach to every project—ensuring excellence across property design, marketing, sales, and management.

As Managing Director and co-founder of Property Time (Pvt) Ltd, Rana Muhammad Aslam is the entrepreneurial backbone behind the company's growth. In 2000, alongside his brother Rana Muhammad Akram, he laid the foundation of what would become one of Islamabad's most trusted real estate brands. Over 26 years, their journey has been defined by unwavering integrity, professionalism, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
An MBA by qualification, Rana Aslam began his career in real estate and went on to dedicate years to mentoring and training professionals in the field. His commitment and tireless efforts have helped build a brand synonymous with fair and transparent dealings—earning the confidence of clients across the board.
Today, as Managing Director, he continues to lead with the same hands-on approach, ensuring that Property Time remains a name people trust for their most important property decisions.
