His columns are being published in widely circulating newspapers.  Prior to establishing own set up of real estate in the year 2000, Rana Muhammad Akram, himself, acquired proper training of real estate business consecutively over four (4) years span. He equipped himself with relevant knowledge and techniques to deal with people and properties. He became familiar with the pros and cons of real estate and remained in the process of training and learning about half a decade time.

During the process of establishment of own real estate office, one of his younger brother Rana Muhammad Aslam, also assisted him a lot. Rana Muhammad Aslam is a Business Graduate (MBA) and possesses vigor business acumen as well.

Property Time Private Limited is also working as Marketing Consultant for another tall building commercial project with the name of “Time Square” in G-8 Markaz, Islamabad and this project is also a master piece of construction.

Rana Muhammad Akram, Chief Executive, Property Time Private Limited, is also holding an elected office as Vice President of a sole registered organization of All Pakistan Real Estate Agents i.e., “Federation of Realtors of Pakistan”. He is also holding the position of Spokesperson of this esteemed organization. Previously he also served as Chairman Elder Counsel and Senior Vice president of “Islamabad Estate Agents Association”.
